Return/Exchange Policy
At Life Sciences Water, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and fair return and exchange process. Please review the details below:
Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Exclusions

Used replacement filters are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted.
Replacement Filters

Unused replacement filters can be exchanged.

If the exchange is due to an error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.

If the error is on the customer's part, they can either:

Ship the item back at their own cost, or
-
Purchase a discounted USPS pre-paid return label from us.

Return Fee
-
A 15% return fee will be deducted from the refund for all returned items, excluding defective or damaged products.

The $8 discounted return label fee (if used) will also be deducted from the refund.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as all our products are shipped with free shipping.
Return Process

Contact our Customer Support team at cev@earthtrade.com to initiate the return or exchange.

Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number inside the package.

Ship the item back:

Use your own shipping method, or
-
Request our discounted USPS pre-paid return label for $8.
Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at cev@earthtrade.com within 7 days of delivery.

For defective or damaged items, we will provide a pre-paid return label at no cost and offer a full refund or replacement.
Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same 30-day eligibility criteria as returns.

Unused replacement filters are eligible for exchange, as outlined above.
